Camp Overview: At camp, we will have ensembles led by 2-4 members of camp staff. Camp staff must work seamlessly together all week to guide campers through a fun and musical week of camp.  Each ensemble has a schedule that starts with breakfast for residential campers, then a mixture of rehearsal with the conductor, sectionals, and recreation. After dinner, there will be an evening activity before commuters are picked up followed by dorm time for residential students to unwind. The open rehearsal time may vary each day from time in the practice room, sectionals, or a masterclass with a professional artist.  Camp staff is required to stay overnight in BW dorms. Camp staff is assisted by the camp director, camp manager, artistic director and office staff.  Camp staff is required to check in the Friday morning before camp starts to attend the camp training.  Prior to arriving at camp, counselors must complete child abuse prevention training. Staff is paid a stipend based on assigned role, which can range from Counselor or Student Aides to Director's Assistant. On-campus housing and meals are also provided for camp staff.
