Description

Recommended prerequisites: This class is for adults who are comfortable with the aquatic environment and who can float or swim short distances without physical support. Class focus: Participants will build on their basic swimming skills and water safety skills including floating, treading water, and basic swimming strokes. This class is for adults 18+ years.
