Hi my name is Regina Rohm! Get ready to sharpen your pencils and dive into the world of drawing in this 12-week class! Whether you're new to sketching or looking to improve your skills, this course will teach you the essential techniques to bring your drawings to life. Students will begin by mastering the basics of shading, learning how to create depth and dimension using various pencil and charcoal techniques. As the course progresses, we’ll focus on drawing landscapes tackling one-point perspective, a key technique for drawing realistic scenes with depth and proportion. By the end of this class, you’ll have the confidence to create detailed, dynamic drawings and a strong foundation in essential artistic techniques! I have two bachelor’s degrees—one in visual art and another in organizational leadership. I apprenticed for two years before launching my own business, which I’ve been running for the past two years. I can’t wait to guide you through the creative process and teach you all there is to know about drawing, painting and making pottery!
