We’ve all wanted to fly, so why not look at the things that can! In this camp we will study birds, butterflies, bees, and other flying insects. We will explore the skies while stretching our creative muscles and getting some fresh air! Each day will be themed around a bird or insect, where everything from the colors we wear and the crafts we do all the way to our snacks will be themed around our animal of the day! From building popsicle birdhouses, paper mâché bird nests, moving butterfly puppets, and designing unique birdbaths students will engage with our friends in the sky while learning and stretching their imagination and creativity! To round off the week, each student will get to decorate their own kite and then we will fly our kites with our new feathered friends on the last day!
