Our 15th Annual Banebow 5K is on Saturday, October 26 at Montgomery Bell State Park.
Please make plans to join us. It is a great family event!

Event details and schedule
The race will begin promptly at 9:00am from the parking area at the lake swim area (follow signs from the Hwy 70 park entrance).
Race day registration and check-in will begin at 7:45 am on October 26. (no pre-race day pick-up)
This is a family friendly event - also great for walkers. *Official race times are not kept as it is a 'fun run.'
Children 5 & under do not need to register and may walk for free with a registered parent.
