Description

This is a deeply restorative class focusing on longer holds and total-body stretches inspired by the yin yoga practice. This class provides a calm and relaxing space to lengthen soft tissue within the body, let go of tension, focus on breath, and let any stresses fall away. All levels welcome and beginner-friendly.
