Golden Lion Tai Chi is now offering beginning Tai Chi Classes in a new format! More convenient, one hour sessions designed to build strength, get the body moving, fight arthritis and improve health.
The ancient Chinese martial art of Tai Chi relaxes the body and mind, while building strength and mobility. Practiced worldwide for health, relaxation and longevity, this unique martial art has helped millions lead a better and longer life.
Golden Lion Tai Chi will provide lessons in Yang Family Tai Chi - the most widely taught style in the world!
