Description

Journey into the wild as you master acrylic painting. Using your favorite landscape as your muse, you'll create a colorful canvas while learning advanced brush control, color theory, and composition. This is the second level in the acrylic painting class series. Students must provide their own supplies. Contact the CNC for a supply list.

Paints- titanium white, cad yellow lt, orange, alizarin crimson, hooker's green, cerulean blue, dioxazine purple, burnt sienna and burnt umber. Optional-ivory black. Brushes- white bristle brushes sizes #10 (7/8" wide), #6 (1/2" wide) and #4 (3/8" wide) All filberts, #2 round bristle brush. Palette knife. Soft charcoal for drawing. Small sketch pad (8x10 or 9x12). 9x12 canvas boards. Palette (disposable paper palette is an option).
