***Important - Please read!!! Please do not make payment until your vendor application has been approved for you to be a vendor for the Chesterfield County Farmers Market (CCFM). If you have further questions, please email the market manager.Begin the payment process by selecting Enroll Now to the right. You will then be presented with 3 different fee options. Please be certain to select the fee option that is assigned to the type of vendor that you have been approved as.***Each fee option is explained below...
$50 Full Season Vendor is defined as any vendor who commits to the entire market season. Weekly vendors must attend a minimum of 90% of the season. Weekly vendors are given permanent priority booth spaces.
$30 Bi-Weekly Vendor is defined as any vendor who attends the market every other week. Bi-Weekly vendors will be assigned booth spaces by market management, subject to availability.
$20 Pop-up Vendor is a provisional vendor granted a two consecutive week test period to evaluate their suitability for a longer-term position at the market.
Vendors are required to collect and remit sales tax to the Virginia Department of Taxation. To obtain a State Sales Tax ID number, contact the VA Department of Taxation at (804) 440-2541 and request forms R-1. You may also register on-line at www.tax.virginia.gov.
