Description
A welcoming fitness class that uses various boxing techniques mixed with various types of high impact fitness techniques. This class also helps with motor skills, cardio, strength and balance. In this class, new participants will learn the basics of working out and using boxing combinations properly, with confidence, efficiently, all without injury.
