You must scan the Leisure Card at the Front Desk prior to each class. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, an Olympic sport and for many a way of life. Our adult class is for students who want to learn and develop their skills in this martial arts in a format that will challenge them physically and mentally. Students will learn about the history and protocols of traditional Taekwondo. They will learn about etiquette, learn a small portion of the Korean language and will learn the basic motions of Taekwondo. Our adult sessions will be more intense and physically demanding than our traditional classes Continuing students will build on their skills and knowledge as they progress towards their black belt.
