Join Teacher Vee on this culinary based adventure program! Saturday we will explore a local natural area (caravanning from Coyle Outside Headquarters) to forage for seasonal greens, fungi, and herbs. Sunday we will meet at HQ for a cooking day to process and enjoy the fruits of our foraging labors! Class will focus on hiking and foraging etiquette, plant ID and functions, fire safety and craft, knife safety and craft, food safety, and outdoor cooking techniques. Schedule: Saturday 10am-4pm Sunday from 10am-2pm. Children are welcome accompanied by an adult. All ages welcome.
