Included in the monthly fee: Chakra Sound Healing - Wednesday, May 21, 9–10 a.m. in person only. *All other Wednesday sessions will be on Zoom only.
Studies have shown the meditation has numerous mental, physical, and emotional benefits including lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, and increasing mental clarity and focus. Twenty-minute sessions will vary, including guided meditations, focusing on the breath, and intention setting. Join Certified Meditation Teacher Carol Wallenfelsz, either in person or on Zoom Mondays and Thursdays, and on Zoom on Wednesdays.
All participants will receive the program link via email and may choose to attend any session virtually.
