Celebrate your body, improve flexibility, balance and coordination with this low impact, joint-friendly class. It’s not about complex moves, but strength, elegance and shimmy in a fun, supportive environment. Come barefoot or wear soft dance shoes or socks. Wear a scarf or shawl around your hips for flair (optional)!
