Description

Join us for a ride at Green Mountain Park in Lakewood! We will start the day with introductions and a 1-hour lesson, then will ride for about 2 hours. With plenty of session-able features and a variety of terrain, you will be able to take your skills to the next level! Bikes, helmets, flat pedal shoes, and water bottles provided. Intermediate skills: medium speed corning, speed modulation and momentum, going up and down 6-inch drops, bunny hops, front wheel lifts, crank positioning, ratcheting.
