Power Yoga is focused on building strength, endurance and burning calories!

With an emphasis on flowing from one pose to the next, power yoga moves at a more challenging pace while linking your breathing to the different motions of your body. A power yoga class may seem more like an aerobics or even a dance class- and less like a relaxed, mindful yoga experience. Power yoga movement still requires mindfulness and focus on breathing patterns of traditional vinyasa flow yoga.
The difference is- power yoga makes you sweat!
