Have you tried Zumba and been overwhelmed? This program is especially designed for the active over 50 group. Latin rhythms inspire moves to exercise the brain, heart, and all the major muscle groups. You'll enjoy dancing and get a great cardio workout. Dress lightly and come party with us! No program 6/19.
