Familiarity with Glass Materials: Prior experience working with various types of glass, including fusing glass and glass powders, can be beneficial in grasping the nuances of Pâte de Verre and achieving desired artistic results. Knowledge of Kiln Operation: A basic understanding of kiln operation and temperature control is essential for successful Pâte de Verre projects, as the firing process plays a crucial role in shaping the final outcome of the glasswork.
