Wood Chop: High to Low
- Grab the cable and link your hands together.
- Keep your arms straight with the elbows slightly bent.
- Utilize your abs to pull the cable from high (above your head) to low (towards your knee).
- Drop down into a wide low squat and shift your lower-body weight from left to right or right to left (depends on the direction you pull with your arms).
- Do 15 to 20 reps and then switch sides.
