Your resolution doesn't need a reboot—you're just as committed to crushing it this year as you were three weeks ago. Rather, you're looking to up the ante. So, we found four programs—and communities—that want to help you find fresh ways to channel your motivation, challenge your muscles and unleash your inner athlete.
Dirty Yoga
If we're being honest, yoga does have its fair share of provocative poses, but no, this isn't that type of challenge. With the 28-Day Dirty Challenge from Dirty Yoga you'll receive a new yoga combination daily, ranging from 20 to 60 minutes at just $1 per day. All classes are online, so you can squeeze them in whenever you have time, and you don't have to fight for a spot at a crowded studio.
The challenge comes with a printable calendar with spots to check off each day's routine—and who doesn't love the satisfaction of crossing something off the to-do list. Take the challenge here.

Love YourSELF
Discover your inner strength, develop your outer strength and feel amazing. That's the promise of this six-week challenge—oh and get in smoking hot shape. For the third year in a row, Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up have developed a Love Your Body Challenge.
While the program has already kicked-off, join in with the weekly workouts, or start from the beginning. And in addition to the sculpting routines, they're challenging you to log 100 miles before Valentine's Day. Better lace up. Get all of the details here.
Fly, Pulse & Burn
If you live near a Flywheel indoor cycling studio, you've probably heard of their epic, choose-your-own-fitness-adventure challenge that kicks off next week (one of our editors is joining in on the fun). Pick between a ride-only, barre-only or ride-plus-barre option.
Since healthy living isn't just spending time at the gym, the program also comes with a 28-day meal plan, nutrition consultation and optional weekly weigh-ins. And of course, a finisher's t-shirt at the end, because if you don't have the shirt, it didn't happen. Learn more here.

Holistic Health
Sculpt, strengthen, energize and eat clean. The new challenge from barre3 dares you to be your best self, without requiring a massive life overhaul or time commitment.
The three-step plan involves taking four, hour-long workouts (you can stream them online if you don't live near a studio), trying just one whole food recipe and devoting an extra 10-minutes to toning per week with a bonus, short workout. And, we're a sucker for charts, so the challenge's personalized tracker (with stickers!) is right up our alley. 3, 2, 1...go.
