Do Your Research
Before any trip, you usually check to see what the weather's like, where to eat, where the tourist attractions are, etc. So, why not research places to work out? Find out if your hotel has a fitness center, or search for local gyms. Also look for walking or running paths, hiking trails, yoga studios, or bike rentals.
You can see if there are boot camps or fitness classes to sign up for when you're out of town. A quick online search is all you need to find classes nearby.
Excuse-Proof Your Workouts
Since you've done your research, you'll know what type of workout clothes to pack. Bring exercise clothes that are made of quick-drying material. This way you only need to bring a couple of outfits, which you can wash in the sink and wear the next day.
Make sure to bring your sneakers every time you travel. You will never have an excuse if you have your shoes because you can always throw them on and go for a quick 30-minute walk.
