2 of 8If you're looking to replace old insoles and enhance the fit of your running shoes, currexSole might be for you. This insole, the most awarded brand in Europe, has a model designed just for runners. The RunPro, as it's called, is custom fit for individuals. The insole has a zero mm drop and a de-coupled heel, so it doesn't interfere with the construction of your favorite running shoes. The German Sport University in Cologne, which operates a leading running research lab, studies five top over-the-counter insoles. The currexSole brand was rated the most comfortable and the only one that didn't increase or cause additional stress to the arch due to it's dynamic design. Caroline Steffen—one of the best Ironman triathletes—swears by them, and wears the RunPro on her runs and the BikePro with her cycling cleats.
Yoga Apparel: Ahnu

With a 3-week battery charge for activity tracking and up to 10 hours using GPS, you won't worry about charging the device. The vivoactive has an ultrathin band you'll hardly notice.
Headphones: Red Fox Wireless Bluetooth Headset
