This Stay Fit for Summer workout will help you feel confident in whatever summer attire you slip on. Get ready to burn fat and trim your obliques. Here's how:
1-Minute Russian Twist
Sit on the ground with your heels on the ground, knees slightly bent. Lean back slightly while holding a medicine ball. Engage your core, twist your torso to the right, and then go back to center. Twist to the left and return to center. Repeat this motion.
1-Minute Knee to Elbow
Start in a traditional plank position: Place your hands on the ground shoulder-width apart, extend your legs straight back, and engage your core.
Lift your right foot slightly off the ground and bring your right knee to your right elbow. Return to plank position and do the same with the left knee. Continue to alternate.
