Description

Who is ready to play? This 6-week league is designed for individuals who are new to Ultimate Frisbee or for those who used to play and are interested in getting back into the game. Each session will begin focusing on developing fundamental skills, including throwing, catching, cutting, and basic strategy. The remaining time will be spent applying these skills in game situations. All sessions will be led by experienced frisbee players recruited by Illinois Ultimate. Sessions will be held on grass fields, and cleats are strongly encouraged.
