Join this Pilates class that is perfect for beginners where no experience is necessary to kick-off your fitness journey! Pilates is a series of exercises promoting flexibility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body and helps promote balance and mobility. This class is tailored to all different skill levels!
Participants should bring their own exercise mat.
