About this event
Description
This program is open to anyone 9 years and older who identifies as female. Come alone, with a friend, or bring your mom/daughter. In this 90-minute class, you will have the opportunity to develop a life-long foundation in self-defense that has become a necessity in this ever-changing world. This class will not teach you how to win points for competitions but how to stay safe during the most violent situations, because on the streets there are no rules. All bodies and abilities welcome, no experience necessary.
Drop-ins are available for $20 if minimum numbers are reached. Space is limited.
