Description
TaiChi promotes health and relaxation through a series of flowing, gentle movements. Often called a “moving meditation,” TaiChi develops balance, flexibility, strength, and focus. We warm up with easy traditional and QiGong exercises, and then work on the Yang-style 10-posture form, serving as an introduction to TaiChi. No experience necessary.
