This class is designed for 50+ to help you reach your fitness goals & have fun while doing it. Set to upbeat music, you will develop better posture, balance, strength, and flexibility through a variety of combination exercises that will challenge you or be adapted for your best level. Combo exercise helps build muscle, burn calories, and improve overall conditioning. Stretches from yoga will round off the total body experience. Yoga mat required. Light weights, mini bands, yoga blocks, a yoga strap are optional but encouraged.
