Zumba Step AerobicsSaturdays, 10:30AM - 11:30AMZumba Step aerobics is an aerobic exercise that is performed by stepping onto and off of an elevated platform while doing upper body movements. Choreographed moves are done in this moderate-to high-intensity cardiovascular workout. Drop-in for $10/class or $40/4 weeks.
