Hopefully, it will never be needed, but it can save your life if you know what to do in certain situations. In this two-part class, you will learn:

• Situational awareness and risk mitigation to ideally avoid any dangerous situation that you might find yourself in.

• Basic techniques: strikes, defensive blocks, key targets, how to escape typical grabs and choke holds, and when to use certain engagement strategies.

• Options on ways to continue to practice these skills so they are not forgotten.

Dates & Time:

• Part 1: Saturday, May 31st, 9:00-11:00 AM

• Part 2: Saturday, June 7th, 9:00-11:00 AM

• $50 Early Registration until May 24th

• $65 Late Registration: May 24th- June 7
