Description
Enhance your tai chi understanding and technique with Master Tai Chi Trainer Linda Ebeling. Learn part of Sun 73. This advanced class requires knowledgeof Tai Chi for Arthritis. New moves include:Golden Cock stands on one leg, Fair Lady works the Shuttle and Lotus Kick. Please register 7 days in advance to avoid $5 late fee.If you have not attended a Fitness Specialty Program, Orientation or Personal Training session in the last 2 years, please complete the attached form and email it to fitness@ighmn.gov prior to the first day of class or if you prefer you may complete a paper copy at class.
