Guided imagery uses mental visualization to help with increasing relaxation and to help shift mind patterns. use of guided imagery and or meditation can help with reducing stress, improve sleep, lower blood pressure and immune function. People who practice guided imagery often notice an increased sense of calm, improved focus, clarity and improved coping skills. Meditation is defined as a practice that involves clearing your mind and being in the present moment. Thousands of studies have proven meditation has also has many benefits including improved focus, improved memory, better sleep, and lower blood pressure, to help with mindfulness and being present in the moment. Through the use of these techniques, will change how your day to day flow and can be a fun and beneficial to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual life.
