This class is suited for beginners and intermediates who want to continue basic training to go further in the Chen Style of Tai Chi. Warm-ups, Wuji, Silk Reeling, Fa-Jing, and Wa-Lu Exercises will be used. This is a great class to take your Tai Chi to a deeper level. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
