Conditioning for Musical Theater (60 minutes, ages 12+) Taught by Shaina Schwartz Learn how to train your body to sing and dance simultaneously without losing your breath. This class will include cardio conditioning, vocal training and breathwork as well as super fun, high-energy choreography to get your mind, lungs, and body ready for the Mainstage. Tuition is $20/class, $35/2 classes, $50/3 classes, $60/4 classes, $75/5 classes Wednesday 5:00pm - 6:00pm at The Kittery Community Center (upstairs dance studio)
