Watercise/Water Walking for Ages 18+

A water exercise class led completely in the water to reduce stress to joints and muscles by using the natural resistance of movement through water. Monthly and daily fees available.

Tuesday classes emphasis water walking and take place in shallower water. Thursday classes take place in the deep end of the pool.
