A healthy and fun way to spend an evening, hoop flow playfully combines fitness, dance, and mindfulness. Get a full body workout while learning a new skill, laughing, and having a blast! No experience needed, hoops provided, comfortable clothing recommended (nothing too loose, cumbersome, or baggy). Come give it a try!
