Register here as a substitute player for Adult Soccer League.
This league is affiliated with Oregon Adult Soccer.
In order to participate in this league, all players (including substitutes) need to have a valid OASA player card.
SUB DATE:
Sunday, April 6th
+ This is a one-time substitute fee for games happening on a weekly basis.
+ Please fill out questionnaire with name of team you are subbing for.
+ Requires permission from manager to join. You are paying for ONE game. Players must register as a substitute for each game unless registered as a regular season player on a team.
+ Age limitations apply: Mixed 18+ players must be at least 18 years of age. Mixed 35+ players must be at least 35 years of age.
