Description

This welcoming course is for absolute beginners as well as experienced artists who wish to enhance their skills in a relaxed and supportive group setting. Practice fundamental skills in drawing such as: contour line drawing, gesture drawing, proportion, and rendering through observation. We will be learning about and using a variety of drawing media throughout the course, from graphite to pastels. Projects will include drawing landscapes, still life, portraits, and more. Materials are provided for the first class on 6/9, when the supply list will be discussed.
