Join us to learn about mushroom foraging, then take a hike to hunt for them. Experienced forager, Brett Buesnel will teach the basics of fungi and unique features of identification while out in our open space. After the hike enjoy a cooking demonstration on how to prepare wild mushrooms. Taste the results during an identification session of what you found with resources on local spots to find mushrooms.
