Description
Can you get a great workout while seated? Yes! This class covers strength and balance using a variety of equipment like light weights, gliders, balls, and resistance bands. The low-impact exercises are perfect for seniors and/or those coming back to fitness after an injury or illness. Caregivers are welcome to attend and assist, if needed.
