Yoga @ Maxey Community Center with Valerie Hill

Find your balance and rejuvenate your body with our Yoga classes, offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM. Designed for ages 17 and older, this class focuses on flexibility, strength, and relaxation through guided movements and breathing techniques.

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Fee: $25 per month (Includes access to all 3 classes per week)
Location: Maxey Community Center
Equipment: Yoga mats provided—no need to bring your own!
