Description

This yoga class will begin with a warm-up followed by poses focusing on alignment, posture, mobility, and relaxing the body and mind. Class will end with a final relaxing pose. Please bring a mat and any props (blocks, blankets, etc.) If you do not have props or a mat they will be provided.
