Once again the Pat Griskus Olympic Triathlon will serve as the USAT State of CT Age Group Championship! Additionally, the Olympic Distance Tri will serve as the State of RI State Championship as well.
The Sprint Triathlon on the same day will serve as the USAT State of CT High School Champioship! Swim in clean and clear spring fed Lake Quassapaug, ride through classic New England farm country, run on shaded back roads. Olympic Tri (1mi swim, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run) and Duathlon (2mi run, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run)) Sprint Tri - 1/2mi swim, 12mi bike, 3.1mi run
