Incoming freshmen— get a jump on tryouts and see what this sport is all about! Join the DSHA Varsity coaching staff, current players, and alums to learn the sport of field hockey. The coaching staff will provide everything you need to know! Shin guards and mouth guards are required. Cleats or turf shoes preferred, but sneakers are allowed. Sticks will be available to borrow; if you are planning to play this fall, it may be a good idea to purchase a stick.
