Aerobic Workout

Lake Marion Community Center *5/17 class will be at North Creek CC*

This workout starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights optional), then adds a 30-minute fat-burning aerobic workout and ends with a cool-down session. Work at your own pace for your desired intensity.

The benefits of aerobics are endless in these Jacki Sorensen classes, taught by veteran instructor Karin Baker. Bring a mat to each class.
