Description

The fan was used by men and women for cooling, hiding emotions, and self-defense. Fan Form 18 emphasizes body awareness and mindful meditation and looks like an elegant, unique, and calming dance. Practicing Fan Form 18 will develop strength, balance, breath work, flexibility, and improve body awareness. Participants will need to bring an 11” to 13” Tai Chi Fan. Taught by Qigong Instructor Kris Peters.
