About this event
On-snow training focuses on all aspects of freeskiing including slopestyle, halfpipe, and all-mountain freeriding skills. Riders are taught contest run design, competition strategies, and sportsmanship. Riders are encouraged to compete. Coaching will be provided at competitions. Riders are grouped with others of similar age and ability. Training Team skiers are eligible to join additional training sessions on Thursday night at Meadows and Friday night at Ski Bowl for an additional fee. Sunday training sessions run from 9am-3pm and are based out of HRM lodge if conditions allow. Wednesday afternoon sessions run from 3:30pm-6:30pm and are based out of the main lot at Meadows.
