About this event
With 10 years of experience in Taekwondo and a background in several other martial arts, I have also had the opportunity to mentor several students, which has taught me to personalize learning according to each individual’s needs and skill level while promoting key values. During these workshops, children will be able to explore and practice Taekwondo in an engaging and adapted way. Through physical exercises and fundamental techniques, they will learn the basics of Taekwondo movements. It is suggested that students purchase and wear a white dobok, the traditional Taekwondo uniform as well as a white belt.
