Intermediate Class: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7-8pm

Open gym available Monday-Friday from 4:30-8pm

This boxing class will be a full-body workout, significantly improving your cardiovascular health, boosting endurance, enhancing hand-eye coordination, improving balance, building strength, and can even contribute to positive mental health by helping manage stress and boosting confidence through its physically demanding nature. Taking participants from ages 8 and up. Daily routines focus on physical fitness, and boxing techniques and fundamentals.

USA Boxing Club: Gladiator School Boxing

Instructors: Thomas Kearney & Jerry Forrest

An ANNUAL fitness membership ($25 for ages 8-17, $35 for ages 18+) is payable to USA Boxing will be required within the first two weeks. USA Boxing full membership will be required if participating in competitions/sanctioned fights. Additional equipment may be required as students progress. The instructors will let students know what is needed and may have kits available for purchase.
