The Actor Factory is offering three approaches to acting in one 15-week class. Spending 5 weeks each on the Meisner Technique, the Michael Chekhov Technique and Alba Emoting, this class will be a fully-immersive, semester-long journey into bettering their craft. Elizabeth Townsend is a professional actor and instructor who his nationally certified to teach each of these techniques. She will gently take students through these helpful approaches that enable actors to perform emotional scenes easier and safer. The class will be a mixture of exercises and practical application, using partners in the class as Townsend guides students through this amazing technique, enabling actors to perform emotional scenes easier and safer, while digging deeper for more believable performances.
